We find out the truth of fake news and publish the truth
In recent past there has been much fake news regarding UP, floating on the social media sites, especially on WhatsApp. A few days ago an old picture of the dead foreigner was circulated and was claimed he was killed in Meerut recently. Even an FIR was lodged based on that picture. Later UP police found the truth and posted a clarification on Twitter. Again one such post is being circulated on WhatsApp which is claimed to be a preventive measure from terrorists.
The WhatsApp message claims some boys and girls would come to the household pretending to be medical students. They would be willing to check your sugar or Blood pressure or other types of a blood test for free. If this happens then people must immediately call Uttar Pradesh police because those people belong to a terrorist organisation.
It was so said that they have AIDS virus in their injection which they will inject in your body while taking blood. Not to allow any unknown individual to enter the house, was something that was spread throughout and was also issued in public interest.
The original message reads,
UP Police। इसे ज्यादा से ज्यादा शेयर करें।”
This message had been forwarded by a lot of people and has gone viral. Although this message was not posted by official twitter handle or WhatsApp group of Uttar Pradesh police, yet people believed it to be true. A twitter handle (@News4Pratapgarh) named Pratapgarh news posted the screenshots of WhatsApp message and asked UP police for clarification.

They tagged UP police and Fact checking handle of twitter in the caption. The caption read, “@UPPViralCheck @Uppolice यह मैसेज वॉट्सएप्प पर तेजी से वायरल हो रहा है इसकी सत्यता की जांच करें।”. This reads that the news is getting viral like fire and a fact check has to be given on it.
The UP police responded to the claims posted by Pratapgarh news and declared the news to be false. They simply denied releasing any such notice and warned people against fake information. The below screenshot was taken from the official handle of UP police.

This reads as this entire story to be unreal and misleading. The UP Police claimed that there is nothing such existing in reality and the police told to stop spreading such fake news.
